667-UV1 Potassium chlorid liquid filter to check stray light at 200nm
The potassium chlorid liquid filter consists of 12g/l potassium chlorid dissolved in pure water. This filter is suited to check the stray light of a spectrometer in the spectral range between 190 nm and 205 nm, its cut off is at about 200 nm.
Currently there are different methods used in the European Pharmacopoeia (EP) and the United States Pharmacopoeia (USP) to determine the stray light.
- Testing accoring to EP (European Pharmacopoeia):
- Testing accoring to USP 857 (U.S. Pharmacopoeia):
|Article-no.||EP Set: 667100 (667001 (UV1) / 667012 (UV12))|
